BetParlays Terms of Service

Eligibility and lawful use
BetParlays is for adults age 21 or older. You are responsible for confirming that sports analytics and any independent wagering activity are lawful where you are located.
Analytics service
BetParlays provides probabilistic sports research and AI-assisted analysis. It does not accept deposits, hold funds, place wagers, manage sportsbook accounts, or guarantee results. Prices and availability can change, so always verify information independently.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your credentials private. Automated abuse, attempts to bypass plan limits, resale, reverse engineering, and interference with the service are prohibited.
Subscriptions
Pro is offered through Apple App Store or Google Play and renews monthly unless cancelled. Trial, price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are displayed by the applicable store before purchase. Manage or cancel through your store account.
Third-party services
Sports data, sportsbook references, app-store billing, and AI services are provided by independent third parties. Their terms and availability apply separately.
Responsible use
Never risk more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing harm, stop and seek help through the responsible-gambling resources available in your jurisdiction.
